Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users may request deletion of personal information or platform data associated with APOSTROPHY'S Group Company Limited services and connected Meta business tools.

How To Request Data Deletion

1. Email us at aposssssss@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your name, contact email, phone number if relevant, and the channel or platform related to your request, such as website, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, or event booking.
3. If your request relates to Facebook or Instagram, include the Facebook Page, Instagram account, message, booking, or interaction details that help us locate the relevant record.

What We Will Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information that we are not legally or operationally required to keep. This may include contact messages, inquiry records, event booking information, and internal notes connected to the requesting person.

Meta Platform Data

Our Meta API usage is for internal reporting on APOSTROPHY'S Group owned business assets. Most insight data we access from Meta is aggregated analytics data such as reach, views, profile activity, engagement, and follower metrics. If we hold any identifiable Meta platform data connected to a request, we will delete or anonymize it where applicable.

Processing Time

We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legitimate business obligations.
